Google Censors: Web Must be Controlled Because Free Speech is Unacceptable

This is coming from a social media conglomerate that oppresses and intimidates conservative employees, who are afraid to express their opinions.

Via Breitbart

In “The Good Censor”, an 85-page briefing leaked to Breitbart News from inside Google, the company blames a range of user behavior including ‘cyber harassment,’ ‘cyber racism’ and ‘venting’ for eroding ‘utopian’ belief in online free speech.
The briefing identifies “users behaving badly” as one of the reasons for tech companies’ “shift toward censorship.” It can be read in full here.

Responding to the leak, an official Google source said the document should be considered internal research, and not an official company position.

On pages 25-35, the document runs through a list of “bad behaviors” that Google uses to explain the rise of Silicon Valley censorship. One of the behaviors identified by Google is people simply expressing their feelings.

“When they’re angry, people vent their frustrations. But whereas people used to tell friends and family about bad experiences, the internet now provides a limitless audience for our gripes.”

Another example of “users behaving badly” is a tweet by Donald Trump during his 2016 campaign, which accused Google of biasing its search engine to favor Hillary Clinton. This claim was backed up by independent research, but Google’s briefing labels it a “conspiracy theory.”

The briefing also complains about the level playing field created by social media, in which “everything looks like the New York Times.” The briefing warns that “Crummy politicians jump on the confusion to expand their influence.”

The fact that “everyone has a voice” on the net is presented as a problem.

Google is an out-of-control social media oligarchy that not only oppresses employees, but uses its power and influence to corrupt, discriminate, and bully.

An anonymous Google employee gave an interview in which he described the company as being run like a Prog religious cult:

……Every week, Google holds an end-of-week meeting with all its Mountain View employees called a “TGIF meeting” (Thank God It’s Friday). According to Gordon, the TGIF that followed Trump’s election victory was something to behold.

“After the 2016 election, we had an entire TGIF dedicated to the election result, in which several of our top management gave emotional speeches as though the world was going to end, and seemed to be on the verge of tears.” says Gordon “It was embarrassing.”

(our previous interviewee, Emmett, similarly described an “internal meltdown” at Google after Trump’s win)

“Google is run like a religious cult. Conform and carry out the rituals, and you’ll be rewarded and praised; ask any uncomfortable questions or offend the wrong people, and the threats and public shaming will be swift and ruthless. The religion in this case is a kind of intersectional feminism, its central tenets are Diversity and Inclusion, its demonic enemy is Bias, and its purifying rituals include humiliating forms of “training” that resemble Maoist struggle sessions.”

“This might sound crazy to a lot of your readers, but college students should understand, since it’s a similar culture.”

Google censors and shadow bans conservative websites on a regular basis by manipulating search results.

It’s also important to note that Google  has collaborated with the communist totalitarian regime in Beijing to oppress free speech in China.

If there was ever a need for an FCC investigation, this is it.

While the Left Smears Kavanaugh, Allegations Against Ellison and Other Dems Are Ignored (UPDATED)

Christine Blasey Ford is a left wing professor at Palo Alto University in California who accuses Judge Brett Kavanaugh of  “trying to attack me and remove my clothing” decades ago at a party in Maryland, when they were both teens in high school.

UPDATE: The letter released by Dem Senator Diane Feinstein has a suspicious similarity to the Dan Rather document debacle:

A letter sent from to Dr. Ford’s lawyers requesting “material evidence relevant to allegations of sexual assault made by your client”:

More:

Yesterday Dr. Dannielle (Dossy) Blumenthal  released a series of tweets that dissect and refute the letter provided by Senator Feinstein from the accuser of Judge Kavanaugh.  Dr. Ford’s letter is full of flaws which lead one to realize something just doesn’t add up.

Dr. ‘Dossy’ Blumenthal states that she believes Ford’s letter is written by a third party –

There are lots of problems with her claims:

She doesn’t recall the year, the home, how she got there, how she got home, and didn’t tell anyone.

It was all a blur, probably because she was quite the binge-drinking party girl in high school:

That’s why the yearbooks have been scrubbed. They are a testament to the incredible power these girls had over their teachers, parents and the boys of Georgetown Prep, Landon and other schools in the area. In the pages below, you will see multiple photos and references to binge drinking and the accompanying joy of not being able to remember any of it.

These yearbooks are, therefore, relevant to the national investigation now being conducted in the media, in homes, and in the halls of Congress. And they should not have been scrubbed. If Brett Kavanaugh’s yearbooks are fair game, so are these.

And you will wonder while reading them, why the hell did the faculty approve of these yearbooks? Why did the parents take out paid ads in these yearbooks? Animal House had nothing on the infamous “Holton party scene”.

Oh, FYI: Since the Dems scrutinized the fart jokes and references to drinking in Kavanaugh’s high school year book, (yeah, the Dems are that desperate) Ford’s yearbook should be fair game:

https://www.realclearinvestigations.com/articles/2018/09/27/blasey_ford_yearbooks.html

Ford now says there were others around at the supposed party. One of them she identified as “PJ”. His name is Patrick J. Smyth, he has come forward, and he calls bullshit:

“I understand that I have been identified by Dr. Christine Blasey Ford as the person she remembers as ‘PJ’ who supposedly was present at the party she described in her statements to the Washington Post,” Smyth says in his statement to the Senate Judiciary Committee. “I am issuing this statement today to make it clear to all involved that I have no knowledge of the party in question; nor do I have any knowledge of the allegations of improper conduct she has leveled against Brett Kavanaugh.”

Ford claims there were 4 people at the party where Kavanaugh allegedly assaulted her. 1) Brett Kavanaugh 2) Mark Judge 3) Patrick J. Smyth 4) Leland Ingham Keyser.  All four have denied there was any such party.

Even the prosecutor hired to question Kavanaugh and Ford at the hearing stated that she would not go anywhere near a courtroom with Ford’s flimsy accusations:

More interesting facts:

Ford published a 2008 article on self-hypnosis used to retrieve and ‘create artificial situations’:

Ford has some police records dating back to the 80’s, which were scrubbed prior to her testimony:

In 2008, Ford published an article on self-hypnosis and how to retrieve and ‘create artificial situations’.  Which enabled her to present a concocted melodramatic lie.

In 1996, Kavanaugh’s mother presided over a court case involving Ford’s parents. They did not fare well.

Republicans invited Ford to a hearing next Monday to back up her claims, and she balked. She knows if she faces tough questioning, her lies will fall the fuck apart. She has until Friday 21 September , to put up or shut up. Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley set the deadline for her to testify or all bets are off.

And the Dem douchebag who had the “bombshell letter” from Ford says:  “I can’t say that everything is truthful. I don’t know.”

No shit.

This is Clarence Thomas on steroids.

Ford’s credentials as “psychologist” have just been called into question:

During testimony Thursday in front of Senate Judiciary Committee Christine Ford identified herself as a “research psychologist” at the Stanford School of Medicine.

However a search through the Department of Consumer Affairs License Bureau produced NO RESULTS for Christine Ford or deviations of her name.

……”Ford is not licensed in the state of California. A recent search through the Department of Consumer Affairs License Bureau, which provides a state-run database of all licensed psychologists in California, produced no results for any variation of spelling on Ford’s name. If Ford at one time had a license but it is now inactive, she would legally still be allowed to call herself a “psychologist” but forbidden from practicing psychology on patients until it was renewed. However, the database would have shown any past licenses granted to Ford, even if they were inactive.”

Bottom line: Ford’s accusations are lies designed to derail Kavanaugh’s confirmation to the Supreme Court. Not gonna happen, but we know how the game is played.

In the meantime, the Dems are doing their usual double standard tapdance.

Keith Ellison’s former girlfriend suffered repeated abuse and there’s multiple 9-11 calls to back it up.  Notice how the leftwing cabal of shitbags treats her:

Not a peep out of them over the lengthy record of sexual harassment and assault by members of their own party and supporters in the leftwing media:

Cory Booker, who admitted to making unwanted sexual advances toward a girl when he was 15 while they kissed at a New Year’s Eve party.

Travis Smiley

Al Franken

Harvey Weinstein

Kevin Spacey

Anthony Weiner

Joe Biden

Bill Clinton, who has a lengthy history of sexual assaults, has just been accused of more.

Seattle Mayor Ed Murray

Charlie Rose

John Conyers  settled a wrongful dismissal complaint with a former employee who charges she was fired because she wouldn’t “succumb to (his) sexual advances.”

Raul Bocanegra Democratic majority whip of the California State Assembly.

Leftie NY Governor Andrew Cuomo has been named in a sexual harassment lawsuit for looking the other way as high-ranking Cuomo appointee Sam Hoyt sexually assaulted a woman whom he helped get a job at the DMV.

Rep. Steve Lebsock (D-Colorado) for sexual harassment against several female colleagues.

Democrat Congressman Ryan Saavedra accused by 10 women Of sexual harassment.

And to top it off, members of Congress and their staffs accused of sexual harassment are allowed to pay off their accusers from a secret bribery fund full of taxpayer dollars.

The corruption runs as deep in the Dem Party as their hypocrisy.

Oh, and this charming little girl sums up the leftwing selective hypocrisy over Judge Kavanaugh quite nicely:

Except when the allegations are directed toward liberal men. Then they crawl back into the woodwork.

False accusations destroy lives and make it more difficult for the real victims of sexual assault to be taken seriously.

The Dems will keep pushing this farce until someone like Judge Kavanaugh brings a civil suit to bring consequences.

Dorsey Admits Conservative Twitter Employees ‘Don’t Feel Safe to Express Their Opinions’

They treat their conservative employees the same as conservative Twitter posters.

Via Washington Times

Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey on Friday lamented that conservative employees at the social media giant “don’t feel safe” to freely express their political opinions at work.

“I mean, we have a lot of conservative-leaning folks in the company as well, and to be honest, they don’t feel safe to express their opinions at the company,” Mr. Dorsey told New York University professor Jay Rosen during Friday’s episode of “Recode Media with Peter Kafka.”

“They do feel silenced by just the general swirl of what they perceive to be the broader percentage of leanings within the company, and I don’t think that’s fair or right,” the Twitter chief said. “We should make sure that everyone feels safe to express themselves within the company, no matter where they come from and what their background is.

That’s because the liberal majority at the compay attacks dissent with accusations of ‘sexism, racism, homophobia’, etc.

Last week, Mr. Dorsey defended Twitter on Capitol Hill against allegations of anti-conservative bias, telling Congress that his company builds policies and rules “with a principle of impartiality” and objectivity.

That’s unmitigated bullshit.  An undercover video from Project Veritas shows Twitter employees bragging on their censorship skills against conservatives.

Twitter’s co-founder Evan Williams isn’t a fan of free speech. He’s pretty pissed that social media provides an outlet for the patriotic opposition to circumvent liberal control of the main stream media. He says that he ‘was wrong for thinking that the world would be a better place if there was a platform for everyone to freely speak and exchange ideas.’  Really?  Leftwingnuts want to live in a world where everyone listens only to them, on their terms. Last I checked, the 1st amendment guarantees that right to everyone.

One of the ways the Twitter hierarchy has been censoring unwanted political viewpoints is ‘shadow banning’.  Twitter maintains a ‘whitelist’ of favored Twitter accounts and a ‘blacklist’ of unfavored accounts. Accounts on the whitelist are prioritized in search results, accounts on the blacklist have their posts hidden from both search results and other users’ timelines.  The blacklist usually consists of right-leaning posters. Leftwing lunatic fringe, anti-white racists, and muzzie extremists get a pass.

Video: Google Leaders and Workers Freak Out Over Trump’s Election

This has to be seen to be believed. You can’t make up this shit.

Via Breitbart

A video recorded by Google shortly after the 2016 presidential election reveals an atmosphere of panic and dismay amongst the tech giant’s leadership, coupled with a determination to thwart both the Trump agenda and the broader populist movement emerging around the globe.

The video is a full recording of Google’s first all-hands meeting following the 2016 election (these weekly meetings are known inside the company as “TGIF” or “Thank God It’s Friday” meetings). Sent to Breitbart News by an anonymous source, it features co-founders Larry Page and Sergey Brin, VPs Kent Walker and Eileen Naughton, CFO Ruth Porat, and CEO Sundar Pichai. It can be watched in full above. It can and should be watched in full above in order to get the full context of the meeting and the statements made.

It was reported earlier this week that Google tried to boost turnout among the Latino population to help Hillary Clinton, only to be dismayed as the usually solid Democratic voting bloc switched to the GOP in record numbers. This video shows a similar level of dismay among Google’s most high-profile figures.

These individuals, who preside over a company with unrivaled influence over the flow of information, can be seen disparaging the motivations of Trump voters and plotting ways to use their vast resources to thwart the Trump agenda.

Co-founder Sergey Brin can be heard comparing Trump supporters to fascists and extremists. Brin argues that like other extremists, Trump voters were motivated by “boredom,” which he says in the past led to fascism and communism.

The Google co-founder then asks his company to consider what it can do to ensure a “better quality of governance and decision-making.”

VP for Global Affairs Kent Walker argues that supporters of populist causes like the Trump campaign are motivated by “fear, xenophobia, hatred, and a desire for answers that may or may not be there.”

Later, Walker says that Google should fight to ensure the populist movement – not just in the U.S. but around the world – is merely a “blip” and a “hiccup” in a historical arc that “bends toward progress.”

CEO Sundar Pichai states that the company will develop machine learning and A.I. to combat what an employee described as “misinformation” shared by “low-information voters.”

Key moments from the video can be found at the following timestamps:

  • (00:00:00 – 00:01:12) Google co-founder Sergey Brin states that the weekly meeting is “probably not the most joyous we’ve had” and that “most people here are pretty upset and pretty sad.”
  • (00:00:24) Brin contrasts the disappointment of Trump’s election with his excitement at the legalization of cannabis in California, triggering laughs and applause from the audience of Google employees.
  • (00:01:12) Returning to seriousness, Brin says he is “deeply offen[ded]” by the election of Trump, and that the election “conflicts with many of [Google’s] values.”
  • (00:09:10) Trying to explain the motivations of Trump supporters, Senior VP for Global Affairs, Kent Walker concludes: “fear, not just in the United States, but around the world is fueling concerns, xenophobia, hatred, and a desire for answers that may or may not be there.”
  • (00:09:35) Walker goes on to describe the Trump phenomenon as a sign of “tribalism that’s self-destructive [in] the long-term.”
  • (00:09:55) Striking an optimistic tone, Walker assures Google employees that despite the election, “history is on our side” and that the “moral arc of history bends towards progress.”
  • (00:10:45) Walker approvingly quotes former Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi’s comparison between “the world of the wall” with its “isolation and defensiveness” and the “world of the square, the piazza, the marketplace, where people come together into a community and enrich each other’s lives.”
  • (00:13:10) CFO Ruth Porat appears to break down in tears when discussing the election result.
  • (00:15:20) Porat promises that Google will “use the great strength and resources and reach we have to continue to advance really important values.”
  • (00:16:50) Stating “we all need a hug,” she then instructs the audience of Google employees to hug the person closest to them.
  • (00:20:24) Eileen Naughton, VP of People Operations, promises that Google’s policy team in DC is “all over” the immigration issue and that the company will “keep a close watch on it.”
  • (00:21:26) Naughton jokes about Google employees asking, ‘Can I move to Canada?’ after the election. She goes on to seriously discuss the options available to Google employees who wish to leave the country.
  • (00:23:12) Naughton does acknowledge “diversity of opinion and political persuasion” and notes that she has heard from conservative Google employees who say they “haven’t felt entirely comfortable revealing who [they] are.” and urged “tolerance.” (Several months later, the company would fire James Damore allegedly for disagreeing with progressive narratives.)
  • (00:27:00) Responding to a question about “filter bubbles,” Sundar Pichai promises to work towards “correcting” Google’s role in them
  • (00:27:30) Sergey Brin praises an audience member’s suggestion of increasing matched Google employee donations to progressive groups.
  • (00:34:40) Brin compares Trump voters to “extremists,” arguing for a correlation between the economic background of Trump supporters and the kinds of voters who back extremist movements. Brin says that “voting is not a rational act” and that not all of Trump’s support can be attributed to “income disparity.” He suggests that Trump voters might have been motivated by boredom rather than legitimate concerns.
  • (00:49:10) An employee asks if Google is willing to “invest in grassroots, hyper-local efforts to bring tools and services and understanding of Google products and knowledge” so that people can “make informed decisions that are best for themselves.” Pichai’s response: Google will ensure its “educational products” reach “segments of the population [they] are not [currently] fully reaching.”
  • (00:54:33) An employee asks what Google is going to do about “misinformation” and “fake news” shared by “low-information voters.” Pichai responds by stating that “investments in machine learning and AI” are a “big opportunity” to fix the problem.
  • (00:56:12) Responding to an audience member, Walker says Google must ensure the rise of populism doesn’t turn into “a world war or something catastrophic … and instead is a blip, a hiccup.”
  • (00:58:22) Brin compares Trump voters to supporters of fascism and communism, linking the former movement to “boredom,” which Brin previously linked to Trump voters. “It sort of sneaks up sometimes, really bad things” says Brin.
  • (01:01:15) A Google employee states: “speaking to white men, there’s an opportunity for you right now to understand your privilege” and urges employees to “go through the bias-busting training, read about privilege, read about the real history of oppression in our country.” He urges employees to “discuss the issues you are passionate about during Thanksgiving dinner and don’t back down and laugh it off when you hear the voice of oppression speak through metaphors.” Every executive on stage – the CEO, CFO, two VPs and the two Co-founders – applaud the employee.
  • (01:01:57) An audience member asks if the executives see “anything positive from this election result.” The audience of Google employees, and the executives on stage, burst into laughter. “Boy, that’s a really tough one right now” says Brin.

That last question was posed by this little turd in the silly beanie hat with the propeller on top. Note the others, as well:

Google is an out-of-control social media oligarchy that not only oppresses employees, but uses its power and influence to corrupt, discriminate, and bully.

Google’s Big Brother tactics also include spying on internet users and using Street View to steal personal information from WiFi households.

If ever a company needed a shakedown, Google is it.
