Earlier today, Obama announced his plan to close the prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba and move the terrorists to an as of yet undisclosed prison in the U.S.
It wasn’t received well by Republicans.

He is correct. The National Defense Authorization Act (S. 1356), which overwhelmingly passed the House by a vote of 370 to 58 – prohibits the transfer of GITMO terrorists to U.S. soil.
Barky’s been breaking the law the last eight years, so trying to circumvent the National Defense Authorization Act would not be a stretch.
