I seem to remember, back in the day, that one of the reasons Cammandante Zero and the rest of the Miskito Indians were wont to serve in the Contras was because those Sandanista “doctors, nurses, nurses aides, nuns, little old ladies, etc” were actually Sandanista troops sent to do to them what the Vietnamese communists do to the Hmong.

Meanwhile, the “defense of the nation” by the Sandanistas involved sending arms and support to the FMLN in El Salvador. They tried to hide this commitment by using M-16s smuggled in from Vietnam, and were caught doing it. They were also trying to start up Leftist factions in Honduras and Costa Rica, the latter being about as peaceful a country as exists in the world.

Mind, I don’t believe a damned thing that lying, thieving, murderous Left fascist activists say anymore. Their support for Hezbollah and Hamas removed any residual respect I may have had for them, or any real commitment tehy may have had to their own idiotic, kelptocratic, viciously repressive ideology. I’m of the firm opinion that nothing they’ve done has been in error, that the 100 million people they murdered in the last century were all killed deliberately, if for no other reason that avarice and spite, and that if given any sort of chance to get away with it again they’d try to make a bloodbath of the 21st century as well, bald-faced lying with a straight face about it thoughout.

Oh my, got your leftie panties in a wad? I don’t give one hair on a dead rat’s ass how much the Eurotrash effetes or any anti-American country “dislikes” George W. Bush. If he pisses off the likes of them, he’s doing his job.

My opinion is based on historical fact and Ortega’s bloody reputation. Your knee-jerk defense of Ortega’s regime is typical of the Left’s continued obssession with Marxist-Leninist “values”. Communism is in its death throes, and you moonbats keep trying to breathe life back into it. Still pissed off about the Contras? Not me. We had every right and responsibility to support them, just as the KGB supported the Sandinistas, who assisted in the carnage and oppression.

A little history you convieniently forgot to research or just convieniently forgot: When the Sandidnistas overthrew Samoza, they simply installed their own brutal “revolutionary” regime that piled up quite a body count, rape statistics, and atrocities of their own. Civil liberties were abolished. Freedom to organize demonstrations, freedom of the press, freedom of speech, and habeas corpus were supressed.

That should have had you leftwingnuts in a frenzy.

Come to think of it, as long as the atrocities are commited in the name of “revolution” (the communist variety), there’s not a peep out of you nutbags, except to justify it as “protecting their nation”. You’re a real piece of work, pal.

The Left’s romance with despots like Ortega, Castro, Che Guevera, and the long line of Soviet dictators tends to blind you from the harsh reality of the consequences. Especially when you’re not subjected to it.

Why do you think the Nicaraguans got finally fed up with Danny’s bullshit and voted him out? The fact that he was able to rig and fix his way back into power, is indicative of just how far Central America still has to go. Especially when it comes to their taste in leaders.

Why do you think Ortega likes Obama? They share a lot of the same ideas and values, apparently. Barack Obama is socialist. So is Hillary Clinton.
It’s no wonder Ortega shares mutual affection.

This article is absolute filth. Your opinion on Daniel Ortega is just that, your opinion. The political leaders of foreign countries are often disliked by other countries (see: George W. Bush). Added to this, your article is simply inaccurate. The Sandinistas in Nicaragua had no connection to the Soviet Union until after they had successfully removed the obscenely violent, American supported, Somoza regime from power. As for your information of the murdered “counter-revolutionaries”, do some research and evaluate the atrocities commited by the Contras, who were funded by Ronald Reagan and repeatedly violated the Geneva Conventions in murdering and raping the doctors, nurses and nurses aids that were sent into the rural areas of Nicaragua by the Sandinistas. The “bloodbath” that was continued in Nicaragua until 1990 was not instigated by the Sandinistas, it was instigated and continued by the Contras, the FSLN was simply trying to defend their nation.
